How many fighters are in the launch roster?
There are 12 playable fighters at launch. The roster draws from Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra.

Aang, Korra, Zuko, Katara, Toph, and Sokka all appear in official promotional or store material reviewed for this guide. We do not fill missing roster slots with leaks, wish lists, or search snippets.
What makes fighters different?
The official description emphasizes character-specific movement, support choices, Flow actions, Energy Points, enhanced special moves, and Super Arts. That means a useful roster comparison needs more than a tier list: mobility, range, support synergy, and resource use all matter.
